Blessings of True Love

BLESSINGS  OF  TRUE  LOVE

The year was 1963,

When this sweet lady,

Said I do with me;

One flesh from two,

What joy we had found,

Our feet felt two feet off the ground.

One year latter in 1964,

The family of two,

Added one more,

A sweet baby girl,

We named Natalie,

O, what a great blessing,

For Donna and me.

Two years passed,

Then Nancy was born,

The year was 1967,

Another blessing from Heaven.

In Sept.1970,

June came along,

And made our hearts sing a song,

Then in 1972, our son was born,

We named him, Winston two.

All these dear children,

Each different,

Each so sweet,

Were sent from Heaven,

To make a family,

Started by our love,

August 17, 1963.
